My time at Shane Company has taught me many sales strategies and how to further grow upon those to increase my performance. Some of my duties are listed below:

• Assisted clients with selecting the perfect jewelry pieces for special occasions, such as weddings and anniversaries.

At Condado, I began my employment as a line cook and quickly grew into a shift leader role after three months. During that time I also got to spend time bartending and serving. Some of the responsibilities I had as a FOH shift lead are listed below:

• Completed store opening and closing procedures and balanced tills.
• Trained new employees and delegated daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Maintained a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety standards were met consistently.
• Oversaw cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation at all times.
• Provided exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.

My short time at Dovetail consisted of completing my internship post-graduation. My job duties were selecting materials and finishes with clients for their home renovations. More responsibilities are listed below.

• Ordered samples from vendors to handle client presentation creation.
• Utilized 3D rendering software to create realistic visualizations of proposed designs for client approval.
• Assisted interior designer in designing and creating comfortable and functional environments to represent clients' lifestyle, taste and budget.
• Conducted site visits to oversee the progress of installations, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Provided valuable support to lead designer during high-pressure situations while managing multiple concurrent projects.
