- I spearheaded and executed a multi-complex program in global supply chain organization of the Dual Source program involving the dual source qualification all of LAM’s PCBA products worldwide
- I was responsible in driving new product release within LAM’s global supply chain organization and cross functional teams and managing multiple complex BUs with average annual spends of over $197M for all PCBA products from NPI to Production release at each of our suppliers' sites in SEA, LATAM, and U.S
- I partnered closely with internal and external manufacturing partners, establishing key relationships to drive new business awards in support of Lam’s roadmap and timeline. The application of these guidelines were world-wide in scope and required a combination of diligence and leadership, communications with key executives and stakeholders.
- Worked in close partnership with the finance team to ensure that specific projects’ guidelines were adhered to, as applied to an annual budget of excess inventory of $5M of procured material, and non-recurring engineering activity
- The overall financial objectives in this project effort were exceeded and contributed significant savings to Lam.

- Led the engagement and integration of Country-of-Origin Tariff Impact Dashboard into Cisco’s Supply Chain, launching ahead of schedule allowing go-to-market of $100M+ annual business using web service tools and Tableau and SAP HANA databases
- Developed, planned, and executed all deliverables pertaining to the integration COO Tariff dashboard
- Established and executed a cross-functional strategy to avoid $270M in annual tariff exposure, analyzed and determined Section 301 China tariff impact across entire product portfolio (40K+ SKUs)
- Evaluated business models, analyzed investment opportunities, and formulated strategies in the face of macroeconomic and geopolitical risk to create competitive advantages for Cisco’s $40B revenue supply chain.
Business Intelligence Data Architect Project Mgr.

- I was responsible for leading two critical projects for Apple’s global Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance worldwide organizations. These two projects were to implement and restructure the entirety of both tools. Managed the project life cycle from kickoff, plan, test, execute to formal closure
- Enhanced and reorganized from data migration and data re-architecture with new user interface restricting the data architect and system enhancements) for Apple’s entire Supplier Information Systems (SIS3.0 Database Supplier Master Data and Supplier Financial Risk (SFR1.5v Database) for Supplier Finance/Audit database
- I worked with RAD Data Architecture developing team daily, in creating BRD documents, process documents, handbook/manual documents, reporting design, development, UI testing and Integration, and created test cases for our internal customers (Purchasing/Finance organizations) to test in pilot environment, before releasing into production environment
- With these two data system enhancements, it increased and resolved data accuracy, and data reporting metrics to from 70% to now 98% accuracy, resulting in funding of $5M for both data re-architecture and enhancement.

- I was program lead for numerous multi- million-dollar acquisitions and divestitures, representing manufacturing for high-impact hardware and software deals under Supply Chain Program and Country Enablement with Global Manufacturing Operations in Brazil market for Routers, Switches, and Power Supply NPI products
- In collaboration with other functional leads, we integrated the newly acquired company's supply chain, processes, tools, resources, and partners in new product releases under tight deadlines. A huge global team effort that consisted of 50+ resources.
- This program took 3 years to complete, before the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio. Which was one of the key main reasons why Brazil needed these products, also enable new products in all Latin America market
- There were numerous roadblocks that our team over-came whether it was from Logistics, Customs, and Trade Compliance, and Legal Policy Cost issues with the Brazil government
- We were able to ship entire SMT assembly lines and capital equipment in several shipping containers from Oakland and China into Brazil, during customs strikes in Oakland ports, which logistically took 4 months to arrive at Sao Paulo
- We met our goal with our new build and release dates, and first customer shipment of Cisco Routers and Switches in Brazil and widely across all Latin America market with the funding budget of total $750M. One of biggest accomplishments of my career as a PM.
