Ella Becker

I work front of house, focusing on taking orders. While I specialize in drive-thru, I'm comfortable operating in any position offered. A large part of this job is focusing on keeping everything stocked and organized, both in terms of the restaurant itself and our workspace. Working under pressure and having good time management skills are necessities for this job, and are useful attributes for any job position. Every aspect of this job revolves around customer satisfaction, and we are near constantly interacting with customers to ensure a satisfying experience.

I am also back of house trained, meaning I'm used to working with food preparation as well—be it prepping individual ingredients, assuring freshness and double checking expiration dates, using different equipment related to food prep, and working with fryers and grilltops. Due to this extra experience, my skillset is easily adaptable to a multitude of different positions and allows even further growth.

I am a regular closer, at times being the sole person closing the entirety of the front out house area (this includes the lobby, bathrooms, register areas, and drive thru station). As such, being efficient at time management to allow for proper pre closing while simultaneously handling typical customer service tasks is of the utmost importance.
