Ella Flye

I work with students in the AVID program at Osceola Middle School to support them in using tools from the classroom to solve questions they are confused about. Often times I would be responsible for managing a classroom of 25 students keeping them on task, quiet, and respectful to both me and their peers.

I became highly skilled in my ability to assess customer service needs in this position, as I was directly interacting with customers. I handled money and was able to work the cash register efficiently and effectively. Working for a large corporation also helped me in interacting with my coworkers in a professional mannor.

If anything will prepare you for unexpected interactions with customers, it is working with children. I assisted in elementry summer school through classroom managment, one-on-one focus-specific learning and organizing physical activities for the kids.
