With almost 4 years of professional house cleaning experience, my goal is to take the skills I have learned from this role and invest them into the electrical trade along with entering the IEC apprenticeship program. Honesty, quality work, and eagerness to learn are strong values that I stand behind.   • During my employment as a guest service associate, I handled merchandise returns while delivering curbside orders for shoppers in a very timely fashion. I also was knowledgeable in store policies and answered any questions customers had regarding their shopping experience online and in-store.
  • This job experience taught me to work in teams effectively by maintaining pick up and curbside orders in a very timely fashion. Strong communication was needed in order to meet the high expectations of providing a quality shopping experience while also being an efficient worker.

  • My role at Goose Creek Diner was to seat tables according to the servers rotation that was put in place by my manager. I was expected to create a balanced flow between server sections so that every server had an equal chance at obtaining tip money for that shift.
  • I also was expected to clear tables in a very timely manner so that the overflow of customers walking through the door to dine in was being controlled. This would include sweeping floors, wiping seats/tables, and delivering used dishes to the dish washer in the kitchen.
  • Working for Goose Creek Diner was the best first job! This role taught me at a young age how to work in a fast paced environment along with developing strong communication skills with my coworkers to provide a positive dining experience. This role also taught me how to have a strong work ethic and be able to problem solve in high intensity situations.
