Working with Def Leppard as their Tour and Wardrobe Assistant, I assist many departments, including the head of wardrobe, backstage coordinator/ private chef, production office, tour manager, and band manager.

Wardrobe:

I handle all laundry, repairs, and preparation of artists' luxury garments. Prepping them to be show-ready.

Backstage coordinator/ Private chef:

I assist in setting up all dressing rooms, each catered with a hospitality rider fit for the occupant. As well as dressing room preparation, I also am his sous chef in charge of food prep, cooking, plate presentation, and cleaning.

Production Office:

I take charge of our crew and band bus stock, coordinating with the runners of the day on all orders and time of delivery and all printing and distribution of our set lists.

Tour Manager and Band Manager:

A-party and guest logistics and transportation.

Now, I know what you're thinking.. "How is one girl able to do it all!?" I single-handedly can maintain the zen flow of our show days due to my Awesome time and task management skills and ability to run :)

Cared for the costumes of 42 classically trained ballet dancers for the show, Nutcracker! Magical Christmas Ballet! Responsible for a total of eleven gondolas and one tutu box, that I would load in and out of the truck every day. Fit costumes to exact measurements of dancers, maintained garments to be in the most pristine condition, both appearance and functionality. Ensured all dancers had correct, shoes, tights, dance belts, etc. that fit properly and were the utmost comfortable.

Managed a fast-paced coffee bar on Downtown Mystic's main street, where we brew high-grade, locally roasted coffee beans and small-batch blended teas. Each item is made to fit customers' flavor profile requests. As well as preparing high-quality drinks, we serve gourmet handcrafted sandwiches. While managing the front desk and customer service, I consistently maintain inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and ingredients are kept at optimal freshness.

Started at Game on as a host, taking down people for the waitlist, reservations, and order preparation. Promoted to host booth manager within a month, overseeing all customer care and placements within the establishment and training new hires. Took a brief leave for a tour, and came back as a server, handling tables from 1 to 300+ guests. Consistently achieved top sales and customer satisfaction, leveraging relationships built during my time as a host.

Hired locally to help with collegiate live event productions. Worked with stage manager to load in correct equipment and props fit to each event coming to the auditorium. Set up and took down lighting equipment to stage marley, whichever most fit the functionality of the act going on.

Came on as a shadow to further my understanding of audio teams role during a show. Loaded in equipment and ran cables catering to the audio engineers stage mapping, sound checked all microphones set on stage from around the venue to ensure all areas were hit with premium sound with no feedback, adjusted levels during show, loaded out.

Coordinated with clients to ensure their video feeds were integrated into rented event spaces. Collaborating with clients to determine their preferred video content, creating custom slides, or incorporating their materials. Scheduling the video feed to mesh coherently with the lighting and audio, working closely with the other teams before and during the event, ensuring an engaging and pleasurable event for guests.

Spent more than half my time at Zest expertly preparing espresso-based drinks and high-quality beverages, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation, while the other half prepping, baking, and selling the highest quality confectionaries, both with and without gluten. Managed daily operations of a busy coffee shop, trained all new hires, and maintained a clean and organized workspace with routine cleaning tasks.
