I am finishing my junior year at Central Washington University and looking for both summer and longer-term employment. I’ve had a variety of jobs and experiences through my equestrian community over the last 7+ years. These experiences have shaped my work habits and required thorough and meticulous attention. I’m unafraid to ask questions, allowing me to learn and excel at learning new tasks. I enjoy working with animals and I’m comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor settings, as well as being on my feet and active for long periods of time.

- While attending CWU I work in the mornings at Burkeridge Farm performing the following duties:
- Tacking up horses preparing for ride/untacking, grooming, and putting horses away after workouts
- Barn care and maintenance
- Clean and organize tack
- Pack/Unpack horse trailers for shows

- Developed, managed, and launched a horse camp for 10 kids between the age of 5 and 13. Horse Camp was a weeklong camp from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., where I taught kids the physical attributes of the horse, caring and grooming, safety, and riding
- Stable/Horse Boarding Temp Caretaker. Looked after the Whitethorn stables (14 horses, 3 dogs) while the owner was away. 7-10 day stints, required taking care of stable operations while balancing school commitments
