Ella Pace

I'm currently doing research on the impact of the overturning of Roe v. Wade on women's access to reproductive healthcare. I present my findings to my research group every Sunday, and meet with my advisor weekly to discuss my progress.

I work in my city's youth sports department every summer, helping to run nightly sports clinics with kids ages 3-7, and half-day sports camps with ages 8-12. I take charge of around ten kids and lead them through different drills and activities.

I was an assistant coach for a Special Olympics swim team. Every Sunday, I assisted at practices, taking charge of a group of athletes, and walking them through drills. I also helped out at monthly swim meets.

As a tutor at Kumon, I graded students' work and helped them fix their mistakes.

I did copious research for Animal Outlook on vegetarian and vegan food, restaurant policies, and various other assigned topics. Every week, I wrote reports on my findings for the company.

I wrote three news stories every week for the publication, usually about topics such as animal rights, environmental issues, and human interest.

I interviewed and wrote articles about different high school, college, and professional softball players, including three-time Olympic gold medalist Lisa Fernandez
