Ella Radcliff

Working at the learning resource center of Marshall University, I print students' papers and posters, laminate materials, assist in designing printouts, and support students with any additional needs they may have.

As a dance instructor, I develop lesson plans tailored to the needs of my students. I instruct a variety of dance styles across different age groups. I have experience coordinating large events such as dance recitals and have collaborated with other instructors.

As a barista, I prepared beverages and sold them to customers, maintained the cleanliness of the establishment, and ensured compliance with health regulations.

As a cashier, I processed transactions, assisted customers in locating products, managed cash, credit, and gift card transactions, and collaborated with team members to optimize workflow during peak hours.
