Started at Walmert as an apperal associate was then promoted to manage the Jewelry and Footwear Department soon after was promoted to Team Lead/ Store manager. My roles were to ensure customer satisfaction, model excellent customer service, provide supervision and guidance, hire, train and onboard new associates, manage the store, oversee customer service department, set plans for associates areas while monitoring inventory levels and products.
