My 30 year career at the VA Medical Center has provided me Advanced knowledge in many areas in the field of Ultrasound. These complex Ultrasound procedures include; Abdominal, Vascular, Small Parts, Gynecological, Early OB, Musculoskeletal and Ultrasound Guided procedures-including Paracentisis & Thoracentisis, Hysterosonography, Liver, Renal, Renal Transplant, Thyroid, Soft Tissue, Muscle and Prostate Biopsies. My skills helped clinicians and surgeons complete routine and invasive procedures.

• Ultrasound Educator for 10 years. Taught students from Western Suffolk Boces Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program until they moved off campus. Presented an Ultrasound Education tutorial yearly to the Radiology and Nuclear Medicine Program students at the VA Medical Center. Improved team performance through ongoing training, mentoring and support for student technologists.
