Major Responsibilities:

Develop EOL test procedures, autonomous test fixtures, and test code sequences for lighting products. Review electrical schematics and collaborate with Hardware, Mechanical, and Firmware engineers to design and assess test specifications for each product.

Key Deliverables:

• Designed EOL autonomous test station and test code sequence for a multi-way remote that remotely controls dimmers and switches.
• Designed EOL autonomous test station and test code sequence for a keypad that provides network control of lighting, shading, audio, and other amenities throughout a home.
• Designed EOL autonomous test station and test code sequence for an accessory power supply that supplies power for a network of lighting and shading devices.

Major Responsibilities:

Contributed to the development and testing of C/C++ code for Battery Management System Boards in all-electric trucks, featuring STM32 Arm MCU. Additionally, I developed and tested Simulink code for Vehicle Motion Embedded Controls (VMECs) on these trucks. I played a pivotal role in selecting and testing electrical components and devices, ensuring optimal performance in all-electric trucks. Utilizing Python and Matlab, I built data analysis scripts and GUIs to consolidate, analyze, and visualize historical vehicle data.

Key Deliverables:

• Developed code in C/C++ to read and write to EEPROM IC on BMSM
• Designed a PCB in Altium for the Low Voltage Junction Box on all-electric trucks
• Handled the circuit design and selection of electrical components for sensor, control, and power distribution circuits on air purifier units.
• Developed and tested control code for ESP32 boards on these units as well as constructed a public web server to receive live diagnostic data over WIFI from air purifier units, displaying it on a website using HTML, CSS, JS, and React.
• Developed comprehensive design guides to enhance the onboarding experience of future interns and employees.
