- I am the go to guy at this company. I am in charge of everything when it comes to an event such as having the right equipment, prepping the food, etc. I then cook and grill the food right there on sight while at the same time making sure all employees are doing their job and helping them out if needed. The quality and management has increased significantly since I started working here.

- While I was here, I was given multiple tasks for the show Live In Tallahassee that included creating commercials and filming different segments of the show that ranged from interviews with local politicians and proprietors, to local events such as FSU football games and parades. I captured the footage to the computer where I then edited the segments and pieced them together, on some occasions I was in charge of putting the entire show together myself and sending it to the local station. While I was there the shows rating and viewership went up.

- During my time here I cooked food for hundreds of events ranging from 15 to 3,000 people, while also serving at most of these events. I was also tasked with setting up certain events and communicating with the client. I trained multiple people that are still here today and some of their best employees. While working at Klassic Katering they won The Best Of Tallahassee award for catering seven years in a row dating from 2006 when they first gave out the award through 2012.
