Reserve Advisor to the Air University Commander & President

  • Lead planner for the Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) CONPLAN - completed the joint planning and execution community process, the time phased force deployment data process, as well as successfully prepared the newly assigned USPACOM Mobilized Augmentee (MA) to the USPACOM commander to present the DSCA plan to the Secretary of Defense for approval
  • Liaised and coordinated with Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD), Joint Staff (JS), Interagencies, USPACOM J-Staff, USNORTHCOM, Hawaii National Guard (HING) and Guam National Guard, Federal Emergency Management Agency Region IX, and subordinate units in planning and socializing the DSCA plan’s key concepts, and after approval coordinated requirements and responsibilities
  • Briefed the Undersecretary of Defense for Plans and Policy on the DSCA plan
  • Designed and planned USPACOM DSCA exercise to test newly approved plan
  • Led USPACOM participation in USNORTHCOM’s VISTA COMPASS 4-star SLS C2 and VISTA TIDE exercises
