Certified Level 3 Leak Repair Services Technician

a Lead Technician is TEAM's front-line leader and manager for the work scope they are leading. As the most senior member of the Crew, it is my responsibility to do everything in your power to ensure the work progresses safely and successfully.

The Lead Technician has a couple responsibilities

  • Thorough completion of JSA, ensuring all members of the work party fully understand the Risk and Mitigations I have Identified
  • Ensuring everyone is wearing the Proper PPE
  • Ensuring all Procedures are being Followed, and the Proper Documentation is filled out per Job Scope.
  • Making calls to Tech Support for Job Reviews and insuring that im informed of all Hazards.
