- Preparing Patients for Examinations: Escorting patients to examination rooms, ensuring they’re comfortable, and preparing them for doctor's assesments.
- Scheduling Appointments: Helping with patient scheduling and coordinating follow-up appointments.
- Answering Phones: Taking calls from patients, relaying messages, and scheduling visits.
- Managing Patient Files: Filing, organizing, and ensuring patient records are accurate and up to date.
