I am a Physician Substitute working under the medical director as an EMT-B. The responsibilities I have are as follows:

-Data entry

- donor physicals

- donor registration

- QC and all paperwork for the center

- I also draw platelets for the center

- I do phlebotomy for the center trained under their protocols.

- Audits

- Customer service and counseling donors on lab results.

- lab draws and reading results.

- supervising the other employees to ensure their safety and donor safety and protocol.

- donor reactions to donations.

- recruitment.

- I also draw samples from donor bottles for testing and process them.

- I also pay donors and platelet donors after their donation.

• I'm EMT certified I volunteer at Fire District 8 since December of 2019 in Vivian, LA

Worked as an EMT-B with Balentine ambulance . I did patient care and reports, along with assessments. I also worked with Paramedics often. I did take a paramedic course and passed. I am currently working on trying to pass the national test to get my license.

• Took care of customers and their food orders, handled cash and used cash register, customer service and phone orders

• Cashier and sales associate

• I would work with children and teach tumbling classes and have coached competitive teams, and I also helped coach the special needs team
• Worked with children from ages 3-18
