• I Works with customers and internal management team to resolve daily technical issues relating to laptop repairs
• I Works with customers to locate units and inform them of repair status
• I Manages customer escalations and works to resolve issues to complete repair process
• I Daily interaction with operations and materials groups
• IAssists with other action items as assigned by the department manager.

• Demonstrates compliance with all safety rules and PPE requirements
• Read, understand, and work from blueprints, schematics, bills of material, routing sheets, and other written, electronic, or verbal instruction
• Work with a variety of materials to complete assigned tasks to meet production requirements
• Use measuring and testing devices as well as visual inspection to ensure quality of product and conformity to prints, work instructions and standards
• With the goal of eliminating internal and external escapes
• Maintain required records including but not limited to quality checklists, inputs into specified electronic systems
• Report line issues into the appropriate data collection systems
• Perform maintenance of HVAC unitary and applied equipment including logging machines, cleaning coils, brushing tubes, replacing filters, replacing belts and proper lubrication.
