Provided nursing care to residents with complex medical needs, including diabetes, seizure disorders, osteoporosis, blood disorders, genetic conditions, mild intellectual disabilities, and G-tube management. Assisted with CPAP therapy, hearing aids, and other specialized care while ensuring resident safety, comfort, and well-being. Served as Assistant Administrator in training for over a year now, supporting daily operations, staff coordination, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.

Provided nursing care for residents requiring tracheostomy management, ventilator support, suctioning, and other respiratory interventions and support for residents with behavioral challenges, ensuring safety, comfort, and high-quality care through individualized care plans.

Worked part-time 1–2 times per week providing aesthetic treatments using laser technologies. Assessed patient skin conditions and developed personalized treatment plans. Delivered pre- and post-treatment education and care instructions. Monitored patient progress to ensure safe and effective results.

Provided nursing care for residents with complex medical needs, including wound care management, gastrointestinal issues, wound VAC therapy, behavioral challenges, sepsis and infection management, seizure care, and catheterization.
