Compassionate Registered nurse with over three years of experience in skilled rehab. I am dedicated to providing exceptional care to my patients. I have helped create resident care plans to help enhance resident outcomes. Many of the skills I have learned thus far include, IV management, wound care, colostomy care, tracheostomy care, comforting resident's and families. Proper medication administration, oxygen therapy management, managing feeding pumps, and G tube medication administration, and bolus feedings, to name a few. Team work is something that I value, working together to put the patient's first. I have learned effective communication skills, interacting with resident's, families, and coworkers. This role has helped me build leadership skills, and truly learn how to advocate for my patients.
