Thanks to my initiatives, I contributed to a significant reduction in maintenance and servicing costs at TotalEnergies Marketing Congo. Specifically, preventive maintenance expenses for dispensing equipment in service stations were reduced by 36%, while costs related to the company’s generator fleet decreased by 56%, and air conditioning maintenance costs dropped by 38%. Furthermore, the optimization of maintenance expenses for electrical installations, including lighting, TGBT systems, and electrical circuits, led to an additional 40% reduction.
These outstanding achievements earned me performance awards on two occasions, in 2021 and 2023, within TotalEnergies.
