As a server at Lupe Tortilla my job is to greet guests, present menus and offer personalized recommendations to give each and every guest a great dining experience. I am able to increase my sells by offering specialty drinks like our house margaritas and fajitas. On our busier days I manage 4+ tables while still being able to offer fast and efficient service.

As a shift supervisor at Starbucks I supervised daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow and great team performance. I helped baristas on the floor and ensured drinks and food were made correctly and handed out to customers as quickly as possible ensuring customer satisfaction. I also completed food counts, food pulls, inventory counts and inventory ordering.

I worked at Childrens Hospital as a Starbucks barista. My job was to craft drinks, take orders and make preps. Working for Starbucks and Childrens Hospital further strengthened my ability to work well with co-workers and provide the best service possible for all of our guests including hospital staff, visitors and patients.

At chick fil a I provided excellent customer service while working in a fast paced environment. My duties included taking orders whether it was at the front or in the drive through, bagging food, and preparing drinks.
