As a Sodexo student worker at Lewis University, I worked in several of the on-campus food outlets under the supervision of the on-site managers.

General Responsibilities:

• Operated cash register to manage payments and provide receipts for proof of transaction.
• Regularly communicated with management to provide feedback and updates.
• Maintained tidy and organized environment to comply with cleanliness standards.
• Addressed and resolved customer complaints to establish trust and increase loyalty.
• Maintained excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, and fellow teammates.
