- As a first job Colonial Ranch helped me jumpstart into my work ethic and build up my partnership/leadership.
- For my years I trained new employees in different areas of the store, I opened the front end of the store (stocking new breads, counting in the registers, refilling the groceries).
- I also closed the front end (closing out the registers, counting the safe, making sure the store was clean and full for the next day).
- I also worked in the bakery department which required filling in new pastries/cookies, baking new goods for the next day, completing bread and bakery orders for the store and customers, and making sure the space was clean.

- At Sinner's I was there from the day they opened the doors and quickly grew into many roles.
- I started off as one of the only hosts and continued to train every host that came in.
- I was constantly figuring out issues with our systems and helping the floor plan run smoothly.
- I then became a busser and food runner and was training new staff that was coming in.
- In the beginning i was one of the only bussers and would be responsible for the entire dining room, bar, and outdoor area, however i succeeded in the chaos.
- As for food running I learned new techniques in handling plates and learned the ins and outs of the kitchen.
- Overall we worked as a team and would constantly be helping each other with side work and clean up.
- This was a great first restaurant experience
