I have been a nurse for 17 years. I graduated high school from Briarfield Academy and attended ULM for 2 years, before I started LPN school at Delta Community College in Tallulah, LA. After school I started working for West Carroll Health Systems Clinic for 11 years. When I left, I took a part time job at Shady Lake Nursing Home as a wound care nurse. After working there I decided to take a job at East Carroll Parish Clinic where I worked for Dr. Bailey. I was offered a Job working for a Nurse Practitioner at Madison Parish Rural Health Clinic in 2017. I worked there for 2 years before I came back to Lake Providence where I took the job as the MDS Nurse and one of the management nurses for Shady Lake Nursing Home. After 5 years at Shady Lake Nursing Home I decided to take some time until I started my current job at East Carroll Parish Hospital in 2022.
