My personal experiences have instilled in me a profound appreciation for the healing energies surrounding us. I am deeply grateful for the insights and knowledge gained throughout my journey. For many years, I was a chef, demanding a high level of self-exertion. However, I became increasingly dissatisfied with my physical ailments and mental health challenges. Consequently, yoga became an integral part of my life, providing relief for my mind, body, and soul. I am eager to share the healing modalities I have practices with others, as I continue on my own healing path. My intention is to create safe spaces that allow for healing through embodies authenticity.
