Mental Health Counselor

• Provide therapy for individuals of all ages who do not have insurance coverage. The majority of the people served at the Family Resource are facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and other mental health disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments, utilizing GAD-7 and PHQ-9 questionnaires, and complete progress notes for each client after every session.
• Input all data and information of client into the Epic system accurately.
• In addition to therapy, I offer case management services to individuals in need, connecting them with essential resources such as gift cards, housing assistance, and food distribution.
