Backgrounds in both adolescent and elderly care provide me with the understanding of using emotional support, adaption to daily needs and scheduling. In both pervious jobs, I have had communicate to parents and families the various outcomes and needs of the kids and patients. I believe communication to be one of my biggest skills.
