• Leadership/Customer Service/Articulate/Mediator/Sociable, During my time as a childcare worker, I have honed my leadership capabilities as well kept an articulate and neutral position when handling rude and unruly patrons at the church. For example: As I am leading daycare for the five year and younger kids, around 20 kids, a parent had issues with another coworker of mine, and they started an argument in front of the children, scaring them. I took action by asking them both to step outside the classroom to resolve any issues they had with each other to facilitate order and structure back into the class.
