· Work daily across multiple departments including operations, customer service, planning and IT to quickly resolve problems and support overall business objectives.

· Manage relationships with Class I and short line commercial sales as well as daily operations teams.

· Supporting rail transportation and rail coordinator for multiple business units(Oil & Gas/ Specialty Minerals/Performance Minerals) including the transportation of railcar fleet of 7K+ cars and over 200 origin-destination lanes.

· Daily accurate billing of manifest and UT rail shipments to meet current demand and customer needs in accordance with shipment schedules.

· Team lead on relationship with railcar lessors and return of over 300+ off lease cars in 2023.

· Tracking and disputing demurrage, including reducing demurrage at largest rail served plant 65% year over year.

· Processed new truck orders on daily basis, including truck purchases, tracking, coordinating, and billing.

· Supported budget team by preparing documents for accounting, coding and billing invoices.
