A Process Leader at Petsmart is a manager who closes and opens the store, is able to run a register, is forklift certified to receive truck, does weekly scans for inventory, purges and face merchandise, does planner/planograms and of course answering all the manager calls.
While also taking responsibility over the animal department which consisted of taking care of the store owned animals and also train associates to care for the animals we sold. Process Leader must have a lot of knowledge about birds, reptiles, rodents, dogs, cats, fish and insects to be able to inform associates and answer all of our customers questions. We are to observe every animal to ensure their health and habitat is in pristine conditions.
