Temporary Resident Employee

OKC Metro Alliacne
Women's Firstep
10.2020 - 12.2021

While a resident at Women's Firstep Work Recovery Program I was employed by Dunkin' Donuts for 9 months and then was transferred to work directly for OKC Metro Alliance.

I completed over the phone screenings for potential residents and scheduled intakes for those ladies to come into our program.

I was a transporter for the campus. I was responsible for transporting my fellow residents to their assigned work training sites and back to campus.

I was also asked to help in the kitchen between my transportation routes.

I served on the Resident Counsel in that community as the President of that counsel. My duties included over seeing the residents during non office hours and communicating efficiently to staff. I was also overseeing volunteer project on campus and events in the community for outreach.
