Junior Mayor’s Youth Award

Requirements:

  • 120 hours by junior year
  • 160 hours by senior year (may 1)

The Mayor Youth’s award is presented to junior and graduating seniors who have worked to make a difference in the Brea community by volunteering throughout their high school yrs. For the Junior level award, participants needed to complete 120 hours.

What I did: I have achieved the Junior Level of this award by completing 131 hours out of required 120 hours by volunteering at multiple Brea Community locations like Cats-In-Tow, Country Hills and Mariposa Elementary School, Brea Public library to name a few. I’m still continuing to compete the Senior Award by May, 2026, completing 160 hours.
