Every year my High School hosts a fundraiser dinner for the choir program, which I am a member of. I have worked the last three years as a host that lead patrons to their designated seats, took food orders, and served snacks, drinks and coffee. This job provided me experience with:

• Handling high-pressure situations with composure, and good customer service
• Answering customer questions about hours, seating, and menu information.
• Enhancing customer satisfaction by promptly greeting and seating guests upon arrival.
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere

• Brand representative for Pitaya Organic Smoothie Packs
• Marketed food to customers (restaurants) at the Food Show
• Used friendly and professional communications to market the product to restaurant mangers and food directors
• Interacted with a high volume of people at the event
• Balanced multiple tasking and prioritizing responsibilities
• Explained menu items and suggested appropriate options for food allergy concerns to possible costumers

When I was in the National Charity League (NCL), I volunteered at St. Mary's Food Bank and Feed My Starving Children, where I would work in teams packing food to be shipped globally and domestically. I also volunteered at assisted living communities where I organized crafts, bingo, and other actives for the residents. The job provided me experience with:

• Supporting many engaging, fun, and smooth-running events by helping with organization and planning
• Mentoring new volunteers, fostering a supportive and inclusive team environment
• Using strong interpersonal communication skills to convey information to others
• Representing organization positively and professionally while providing community with much-needed services
• Completing daily domestic tasks in shelters and group homes to assist people in need

• Organized and cleaned home after activities and prepared healthy snacks and meals.
• Maintained a clean and organized environment to ensure the well-being of children under care.
• Created a fun and educational atmosphere by incorporating age-appropriate games and activities that promoted learning while keeping children entertained.
• Developed positive relationships with families, establishing trust and rapport to provide quality childcare services tailored to individual family requirements.
