• Manages 3 key category suppliers across 6 critical programs to meet company KPIs involving product delivery, quality, and cost.
• Assessed operations capacity of key category suppliers going out two years through supplier interviews, resource data collection, and application of forecasting models.
• Analyzed 250 historical invoices to determine bottlenecks in internal invoicing process. Presented corrective actions to senior leadership.

Gained technical knowledge of various software tools (i.e. SharePoint, Tableau, Visual Studio Code) and coding languages (i.e. JavaScript, Typescript, Python) to provide user support and software enhancements to company's sector quality tools.

• Conducted SharePoint page migration, routine maintenance, and user support for Mission Systems sector Quality & Mission Excellence Organization, standing up 87 SharePoint 2010 collaboration and community of practice pages in SharePoint 2013 platform.
• Co-built and provided user training for internal site to showcase internal teams, processes, and projects. Senior leadership mandated all sector operation managers adopt this site; 100 sites stood up since July 2020.

Supported sector environmental leads to identify, execute, and track projects that reduce absolute greenhouse gas emissions by 30%, conserve water by 20%, and divert 70% of solid waste.

• Designed and implemented closed-loop scrap foam supply chain process to divert 1,500 lbs. of foam from landfill by forming partnership between packaging supplier and internal shipping organization.
• Created sector-wide electronic user agreement process for company's Electric Vehicle Charging Program that gave 320 EV owners streamlined onboarding process and provided environmental sustainability team better insight into EV program usage and charger capacity.
• Developed workflow to track inventory, servicing, and total emissions refrigerant-containing equipment. 325 units with summed refrigerant capacity of 28,000 lbs identified.
