Remote Position* Post insurance payments and patient payments for 11 offices efficiently in a timely manner (checks, credit cards and EFT's) weekly. Determine if insurance companies paid accordingly if in network or out of network. Scan each EOB to patients accounts. Locate EFT payments in the insurance websites or Dentalxchange.

• Yardi • Conducting neighborhood tours and home showings for military/DOD families • Maintaining all lease documentation and resident guide policies and procedures. • Housing seminars to junior marines and senior marines on Parris Island and on the Air Station • Move-in paperwork and home inspections with residents. Conducts move out assessments with departing residents and assess any charge for damages. • Answering resident questions and assisting in resolving resident complaints Providing high standard of customer service to residents through a prompt and courteous response to all inquiries. • Developing and maintaining strong resident relations. • Assisting with monitoring curb appeal throughout the community and office. • Enforcing residents guide and community standards by regularly inspecting the community including, homes, community facilities and common areas.
