Raising three children and managing our home. Successfully overseeing daily schedules and all household needs, which requires an extensive skill set that includes but is not limited to: communication, adaptability, resourcefulness, resilience, sensitivity to diverse individuals, time management, technical support, money management, teaching skills, supporting activities of daily living, counseling, forward thinking, and most of all tenderness, love and care.
Over the years while raising my children, I have been very active in the community
I have been very visible at the children’s’ school as substitute teacher, substitute school nurse and serving on multiple fundraising committees for the school, as well as serving on the Priority One Board Committee for the advancement of spiritual growth in our school
In addition, I served as President of the Medical Alliance, an organization dedicated to supporting healthcare in our community
I am regularly volunteering my time with Catholic Charities and Second Harvest Food Bank, helping with food insecurity and clean up after natural disasters in our area
All of these opportunities have helped me to enhance my skills in communication, interpersonal interaction, organization and prioritization
