• Conduct weekly subcontractor meetings, which facilitate stronger communication and the ability to resolve critical issues proactively through Lean Planning.
• Conduct all critical Pre-installation conferences with subcontractors
  
• Develop and maintain the CPM project schedule, which includes the sequence of all construction activities.
  
• Prepare and follow through on all required punch lists.

Superintendent on several projects in various phases:

• A $110 million dollar 52-story high-rise luxury condominium complete with 165 units, a health spa, and fitness center.
• A $65 million dollar 23-story high-rise luxury condominium. (80 Units)
• A $23 million dollar project which consisted of two 500,000 square feet parking garages for Florida International University, each garage was 6-stories and were all cast in place concrete with a decorative pre-cast shell.

• Progressively worked in Various Roles gaining basic knowledge to apply my talents.
• Worked as Assistant Superintendent on a $146MM medical facility in various capacities from Civil to Interior Build-out.
• Prior to 1998 I spent years working hands on in learning the trades from the bottom up.
