Create and manage data sets for Finance, Quality, Administration and Marketing to improve efficiency and accuracy in reporting and utilization.

Assist in managing 14 Value Based Care Payor contracts for the clinic. Includes Data Transfer and Integration (ETL and Normalization), Quality and Cost Reporting, and Attending Work Meetings.

Assist in managing internal quality software by addressing bugs, creating updates and ensuring data matches HEDIS and best care practices standards.

Oversee data for Emergency Room Reduction and Transition of Care initiatives.

Improve onboarding by being a team mentor for 4 team members and 6 interns.
