I worked with children ages 2 years old to 14 years old. I would create crafts and activities for them to be able to grasp the Bible message that we were learning. I create a happy environment where all ages are able to create and learn more about God and how merciful he is. I maintained not only a happy environment but a clean and safe environment. With so many kids messes were inevitable, however by quickly intervening I was able to clean the situation.

• Greeted incoming customers and provided reliable, friendly customer service.
• Maintained menu knowledge to provide recommendations and answers to customer questions.
• Processed sales transactions for cash, debit, and credit purchases.
• Explained ice cream flavors, toppings, sundaes, and other frozen concoctions to customers.
• Kept a tidy and organized area to comply with cleanliness standards.
• Provided details on seasonal flavor availability, ice cream source, allergens, and specials.
• Observed health code regulations and internal policies for cleaning and sanitizing.
• Inspected stocks to identify shortages, replenish supply, and maintain consistent inventory.
• Notified supervisor and peers of low product inventory and customer complaints.
