• As team lead my Job was to read the pakiging recod of my new project and go the warehouse and to campare my information with the materials in bulk check quantities, quality, lotes, names and they need to be the same in my pakiging récord, What I see, and what the warehouse has registres in their pick sheet.
• When everythig is ok I need to prepare the línea or area where I going to work, while I do the set up, quality control team will review the materials too and they going to let me know is everything in ok to enter the material to the mine.
• To prepare the line I need to program systems like code, due dates, lotes, labels, some times I need to adjust the conveyor above all if I chance the capacity of bottles.
• When everything look good I need to run the conveyor put some products to check how the final product turn out.
• Quality control team will come and check the process, the final product if they look the good shape they let me know if I can start the Job.
• Other activities were provide training to new personal.
• Supervise that my team make a good job, help to every one to improve their skill.
• At the end of the protect we as a team need to clean and prepare the area for a new job and returns the leftover material with corresponding documents.
