- Initiated and led GYM Linen project to counter source in India and Pakistan to support the company’s strategy to step away from China.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Established Seasonal CFT mill allocation order meetings to align on PSY placement, cost, lead time, and minimums, reducing chargebacks and improving bulk planning. Created Sourcing pre-meetings ahead of seasonal fabric reviews to streamline communication between Design and Sourcing. Lead weekly CFT fabric meetings to review counters, cost options, new fabrications, and maintaining alignment across teams.
- Proto sample management – Manage Design’s seasonal proto sample requests through PLM to ensure timely samples and accurate submissions.
- Seasonal Fabric Sample management -Oversee the end-to-end yardage process across all divisions and brands, including TCP Girls, TCP Boys, Gym Girls, GYM Boys (knits, wovens, denim, outerwear, sweaters), Gymmies, Homegrown, Sleepwear, Underwear, and Newborn / Bundles. Seasonal Fabric orders are taken from Miro and then added into seasonal order trackers & then communicated to overseas RMT to raise in PLM.
- Request fresh fabric headers and NFDFs for all new seasonal fabric qualities to keep binders and fabric library up to date and organized.
- Create seasonal testing file in Sharepoint to oversee fabric base and garment testing for all brands (TCP Girls, Boys, newborn, bundles, GYM, Gymmies, Homegrown, TCP Sleepwear (Knits, Wovens, Denim, and Yarn)).
- Assisted in evaluating samples and prototypes to ensure they met quality standards and specifications required for production.
