• Led Focus coaches in delivering fed back to integrity associates and guiding them correctly to meet performance expectations, conducting SBA (Safety Behavioral Audit) to insure new starts are working safe, also assisting in orientation process.
• Assist warehouse associates with benefits, orientation, time clock punches, medical waivers, bereavements, adjustment applications to attendance logs, also enter employment payroll adjustments.
