School can be difficult for a variety of reasons - I've experienced this first hand. In high school, I found a sanctuary in the art room. It was a place where students felt safe enough to be themselves, felt cared about, and felt valued. I want to ensure future students are able to have this same experience I was so fortunate to have. My goal is to create a space that has students wanting to come back to school just one more day, every day.
