I am a party coordinator and attendant. I greet the customers when they arrive and then I check them into their private party. Once it is time I bring the guests and birthday child into the first bounce house room. I then walk around and supervise the children while they are bouncing and interact with the kids as well as the adults. Then I round the children up and I move them into the next room. After I do that, I will then go set up the decorations and their own party room, which the adults bring in. I then go grab the parents and go through what is going to happen in the party room. I then round up the children and the adults and have them take a group picture and then I give them all hand sanitizer and bring them into the party room. We then sing happy birthday to the birthday child, and I pass out pizza, fruits, and vegetables to the children. After I am done with this I tell the adults that they can grab whatever they would like. I then keep passing out food for the kids while I cut the cake. After I am done cutting the cake I pass it out to the children and the adults. We then do presents after they are done eating and I read the card to them and I write down what they get. I help pass out goodie bags and pack up the rest of the party's extras and their decorations. Lastly, I clean up the room by sweeping, mopping, and cleaning the counters.

Called class to gather students for transition downstairs. Facilitated stretching sessions to prepare students for classes. Organized drills for each event and provided skill improvement support. Supervised four different events and concluded with trampoline activities and games. Distributed stamps and stickers as rewards. Communicated with parents to address inquiries regarding the program.

I wake up and go get ready for the day. Around 7:15am I would wake up the kids and tell them to get up and get ready for the day. I would then go to the kitchen and go start setting up to have about 200-250 people come through. I would then serve these people and help them get their stuff. After both groups came through we would then clean up where everyone eats by sweeping, cleaning off the tables, doing the dishes, mopping and then vacuuming. After that we would go back to our cabins and change and once we change we head to the barn and go down to help without riding groups. Then we would go back to the barn and help them take their tack off of their horses. After we did that we would round our cabins up and take them back to the cabin to change. Once we changed we would then go to lunch and eat lunch. After lunch we have a rest hour where we do not talk to the kids, we let them sleep, read, or just do something quiet in their bunks. Then about 15 minutes before the quiet hour is over I head to my assigned station to go help with free play, where we let the kids roam around and go to any station that they would like too. That happens for about 2-3 hours, and once that is done we bring the kids back to the cabins and let them do some activities around the cabin, whether it be showers or playing card games or going out to the playground area. After this I head out to go help with dinner and I do the same thing as I did in the breakfast shift. Then after dinner we have a night time activity which is a camp wide thing that happens every night except for Sunday’s. After this is done we go to get a treat from the treat shop and then we help get the kids ready for bed and sing them to sleep. Lastly, after we get our kids to sleep we make lesson plans for the next day.
