The past 4 years I have worked within Specialty Sales and this previous year I was promoted to Specialty Sales Team Leader. I currently oversee Apparel and Accessories, Electronics, and Beauty. I lead a team that is responsible for pushing freight, setting new releases, and maintaining a clean and neat department. I am responsible for creating my team’s schedule, I also oversee all operational aspects of my department including sales and payroll. Throughout the past year I’ve worked on creating a better culture within my team. I’ve also worked on coaching my team to develop more efficient routines which has overall improved sales and guest experience.
While working at Stephanie Louis Salon, I was in charge of booking all appointments, assisting the stylists by washing, toning, and occasionally blowdrying their clients. I was responsible for cashing every costumer out and overall maintaining cleanliness within the salon. I also kept track of all inventory and orders we received.
