
Seeking an entry-level position where I can augment my knowledge, skills, and experience and contribute to the success of the organization
• Threat Assessment: Conduct security assessments to identify potential threats, both domestically and internationally, and assess risks related to travel routes, public appearances, and event venues.
• Event Security Coordination: Plan and oversee security arrangements for national and international events where dignitaries and government officials are present, coordinating with other security agencies as necessary.
• Route Planning and Surveillance: Plan and secure travel routes for VIPs to ensure safe passage, performing advance surveillance and monitoring traffic, crowd control, and potential vulnerabilities.
• Emergency Preparedness: Prepare for and respond to emergencies, including evacuation procedures and incident management, to ensure dignitaries’ safety in case of natural disasters, civil unrest, or other crises.
• Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of officials’ schedules, locations, and private information. Operate with discretion to protect the privacy and security of the individuals under EPS protection.
• Training and Drills: Participate in regular training exercises, including defensive driving, self-defense, firearms handling, first aid, and emergency response. This ensures EPS agents are well-prepared to respond to diverse security situations.
• Collaboration with Security Agencies: Coordinate efforts with other law enforcement and intelligence agencies within Liberia, and when necessary, liaise with international security teams to maintain security continuity.
• Public Safety Interface: Work closely with local law enforcement to maintain peace and safety at public events, minimizing disruption while protecting VIPs.
• Reporting and Documentation: Record and document any incidents, security breaches, or unusual observations, providing thorough reports to EPS leadership and relevant government entities.
