Drivelineresponsibilities

  • Work with the MOD to locate the 8/12 Fulfillment Box which will include the following:
  • - The "Hold for Driveline" bag will contain Planograms, Planogram Notes, Adhesive Price Labels, and Checkout Diagram
  • NOTE: If you cannot locate the planogram bag, you must speak directly with the MOD to confirm the tracking information on your work order and that the planogram bag cannot be located
  • Locate the following that was drop shipped to your store:
  • - A-Frame for 5 Hour Energy
  • - Good2Grow Fixture
  • - REV Gum Extender
  • - Gift Card Extender
  • Complete the reset of all Checkout areas including updating price labels and placing assigned fixtures
  • Complete audit of select existing fixtures
  • Place NEW items found in or near the Hold for Driveline area
  • Place any discontinued product in boxes or totes and give them to the manager. Advise the manager to refer to their DG Net System for price and placement information
  • Do not leave discontinued product in shopping carts or baskets
  • Take 3-4 photos of the completed Checkout Reset areas

Storemanagementresponsibilities

  • Give the Driveline Representative the "Hold for Driveline" materials from the 8/12 fulfillment box. This will include Planograms, Planogram Notes, Adhesive Price Labels, and Checkout Diagram.
  • If the Hold for Driveline materials were not received, the Driveline merchandiser will report the missing materials on their work order. A reorder will be processed and sent to the store.
  • Give any additional checkout fixtures from the 8/12 fulfillment box to the Driveline Representative
  • If the box of fixtures is not received, the merchandiser will report the missing fixtures and the store will be responsible to complete the fixture installation. The Driveline rep will not be rescheduled.
  • Place NEW product received in or near the Hold for Driveline area. Ensure NEW product is easily accessible for the Driveline merchandiser at the time of their visit. If the new product cannot be located at the time of the visit, it will be the responsibility of the store to complete the reset
  • Utilize Store Net to determine price and placement information of discontinued product
  • Allow the merchandiser to take a photo of the completed reset project
  • Review completed reset with DL Rep and sign off on DL Rep's work by paper or electronic signature on their mobile device before they leave the store
