• Manage all online orders, nearly 1000 orders within the past year. Accurately shipping and handling each package, curating each order with handwritten notes to each individual supporter.

• Handling all online promotions and advertisements. Staging all photoshoots, online graphics, and video promotions. Working alongside other creators and influencers to create collaborative works.

• Efficiently sourcing all vintage pieces. Hand selecting and curating unique collections. Working alongside artist, scouting for pieces across the country, and sourcing online for pieces that accurately define and represent the brand.

• Effectively staging and creating all photoshoots. Arranging models, staging all sets, carefully styling both outfits and scenes to represent the brand.

• Organize and present orientations for all new hires for the front of house.

• Effectively communicate and demonstrate company expectations and policy’s.

• Coordinate all new staff training, making schedules, organizing trainers, etc

• Manage upwards of 40 front of house staff a shift , strategically handle situations and guest needs throughout the restaurant.

• Accurately interact with every table, every time. Ensuring each guest has a legendary experience and provide excellent guest relations for any dissatisfied guest.

• Excellent guest relations, conciliating any guest that was not more than pleased with their service throughout the front of house. Leaving each guest exceptionally satisfied and eager to return.

• Accurately handling the end of day accounting and checkout process. Managing the front of house end of day sales, accounting for the days cash and whole sales. Handling the restaurants safe and accurately calculating all end of day sales.

• Reliably opening and closing the front of house. Handling all roadblocks or complications with quick decision making in order to smoothly open or close the restaurant.

• Managing large table sections quickly and accurately.

• Focusing on hospitality, taking the extra step to care and tend for each guest.

• Reliably opening daily the front of house.

• Effectively handling several task at once in a fast paced environment.

• Responsible for keeping servers on top of individual responsibilities.
