Passionate Licensed Professional Counselor and Volleyball Coach with expertise in strategic planning, effective communication, and group/team collaboration. As therapist with over10 years of experience and trained in Brainspotting Therapy, I support clients from diverse backgrounds, especially marginalized, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ community. My approach to mental health emphasizes a decolonized perspective, valuing individual experiences, identities, and ancestries. I focus on helping individuals who find it challenging to prioritize their own needs and well-being in a very demanding capitalist and oppressive society. My goal is client empowerment, self-awareness, relational connections, and confidence for a more balanced, fulfilling life.
